Nick Garcia was born April 28, 1987 in Oceanside, California of Mexican American decent.
Fighting out of The Compound in San Diego, his styles are Kick Boxing and Brizilian Jiu Jitsu.
Although persuing MMA as a career, Nick also enjoys other sports like surfing, tennis. And in his
down time likes to do some cooking & barbecue, travel, and relax.
Nick grew up in Carlsbad, California and got his start in Martial arts at 17 when he started boxing as more of a hobby
and to supplement his surfing. But after winning state championships in 2004 and 2005, his interest for combat sports grew.

The appeal came from the extreme competition, and the mental and physical challenge it presented. This led him to begin his MMA training at North County Fight Club in 2006, and has been doing it ever since.
In life, Nicks father is his biggest influence and has been one of the main factors in pushing to improve himself every day. Also, Coach Manny Rodriguez. Manny took Nick under his wing and
taught him about MMA. With his father, Coach Manny Rodriguez, God, family, and friends, Nick has a formula for success.
Nick looks to eventually fight in WEC, and hopes to be recognized as one of the best and most exciting fighters at 135lbs.
